Terms And Conditions

All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The terms and conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all orders.

1. All invoices are raised by the seller on the written request/ e-mail/ website. By the buyer.

2. All the orders once placed will not be waived off and will fully comply with the particulars in the order specifications.

3. All orders placed will be charged at the current price at the time of delivery.

4. All prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes as applicable

5. Goods once sold will not be refundable or exchanged.

6. No delivery charge on the invoice value of more than Rs.255.00 else delivery charges are additional as actuals.

7. Shipping Fees will not be refundable

8. Shipment within two working days prior to the date of invoice raised.

9. All payments are in advance /COD/ Payment gateway.

10. Any dispute arising will be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction.
